Part of the mechanical department is the implementation of preventive and routine maintenance and repairs of transport routes of all types including its accessories. The company carries out year-round contracted maintenance of transport routes in renowned companies in the Czech Republic. These include, for example, equipment in the power industry, paper mills, sandboxes, concrete plants, ceramic factories and quarries.

In the framework of contractual relations, emergency preparedness is provided for the resolution of accidents and disorders.

The company ensures the assembly of technological units by qualified personnel for our own production as well as for other manufacturing companies.

The production department has 40 employees and two production halls with dimensions 16 x 45 m with gantry cranes with load capacity of 5 t and 8 t. There are also about 3 000 m2 of reinforced outdoor assembly and storage asphalt surfaces and about 6 000 m2 of reinforced gravel surfaces.

Warehousing facility for repair of belt conveyors, gearboxes, motors, rollers, idlers, pulleys (drums), bearing sets, abrasion resistant materials, conveyor belt cleaners, conveyor belts, electrical material for safe operation of belt conveyance, etc.

The production halls offer:

- lathes, horizontal milling machines

- vertical milling machines, shaper machines

- sheet metal shear (2 m, 6 mm), metal shear (3 m, 20 mm)

- hydraulic presses (4 m, 16 mm), gravitational horizontal band saw machines

- welding machines etc.
